Dear Secretary Baker:
Jaxhelp, LLC and jaxhelp.net is pleased to join the
National Telecommunications & Information Administration (NTIA) in a
consumer outreach initiative to educate the public about the upcoming
digital broadcast television transition. We pledge to work in
conjunction with NTIA to inform our community about the transition
occurring on February 17, 2009 and the TV Converter Box Coupon Program,
which benefits households across America. This collaboration with NTIA
is particularly important to our organization, because we serve the
populations that are in need of accurate and trusted information about
the digital broadcast television transition and the coupon program.
As an official participant, we will identify efforts to
disseminate information about the Coupon Program to our community.
Below are activities we agree to undertake on behalf of
the program:

Send e-mail alerts to Jaxhelp, LLC community about
important dates during the digital broadcast transition and
information that will aid in preparing for this switch.

Publish an article by lined by a NTIA dignitary in
Jaxhelp, LLC , Jaxhelp.net website.

Link to the NTIA coupon program Web site from the
Jaxhelp.net site.

Authorize NTIA to include Jaxhelp, LLC and
www.jaxhelp.net in its listing
of NTIA participants.

Seek opportunities to work collaboratively on this
effort with organizations with which Jaxhelp, LLC and Jaxhelp.net
has an existing relationship.

Promote the NTIA Coupon Program at our website and
local events.
We look forward to working collegially with NTIA on
additional efforts to support awareness of the coupon program. By
joining forces with NTIA and its national, state, Federal and local
partners, we will lend a vital voice to this issue so that by February
17, 2009, our community will be prepared for the digital broadcast
television transition.
