This portal is your link to community services in your area.  We are serving the following counties: Clay, Duval, Flagler,  Nassau, & St Johns. 

Program Service Components include external links to community services provided specifically for Single Parents, Families and Displaced Homemakers.  In return we ask that you complete one of our surveys (coming soon).  All information is kept confidential.  We gather data that will help us improve our services and allow us to continue to accurately quantify areas of improvement.
